Women 2000–IV Conference: Economic Crisis: The Turning Point for Women

This conference is organized to raise awareness and get a clear idea of what women’s current position is concerning the influence of the worldwide economic crisis on the position of women. All crises have their dangers and disadvantages, but each and every crisis also entails creativity and new opportunities. This conference aims to produce information and recommendations on actions that will enhance gender equity as the turning point for economic development in the world.
